More gradebook magic

working with excel and developing a spreadsheet based gradebook is a good idea just for ease of making changes and adding data. this activity allowed for multiple functions on spreadsheet formulas by using the "countif" and "if" functions which will make connections to Logic math and Set theory math,when you begin to use math questions "like if and only if" and "if then." if you as a teacher have a good understanding of how you add these functions they will then have real time meaning to why your students need to know and understand this branch of math. click here to see my spreadsheet activity. i also added graphics to further emphasize the good grades. all these activities strengthen the ISTE NETS Standards in both utilizing online access for students and parents as well as strengthen researching techniques to find tips on how to better use Excel formulas.
